Is there anything better than cinnamon?
Sweet, slightly spicy, warm, but not subtle.
Just a sprinkle makes my taste buds sing.
Pair with apples and Greek yogurt for a seriously satisfying snack that will surely brighten up this dreary and cold Sunday!
Warm apples and cinnamon
- 1 apple, chopped
- 2 oz plain fat free Greek yogurt
- Chop the apple, transfer to a microwave safe bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon. Heat for 2-3 minutes, remove from the microwave and stir.
- Top with the Greek yogurt, sprinkle on some more cinnamon and enjoy!
